Intermedia’s Conferencing Number is a separate toll-free number which allows you to host both “Always-On” (reservation-less) and “Scheduled” (reserved) conferences.

The host sets up conference calls through an easy-to-use website.

Callers dial the Conferencing Number and enter their “conference code” to join the conference.

Conference hosts join the conference with the “host code”, and then manage the call using a variety of phone based options.
