Built-In Conferencing
The 128-party conference bridge (up to 64 parties on a single conference) come standard with IP Office, enabling associates to easily set up conference calls “on the fly” – no additional equipment required. Participants can be easily added while a conference is in progress. Run multiple conference calls simultaneously.
Enhanced Control and Capabilities
With IP Office Preferred, Advanced, and Server Editions, businesses get added security, control and conferencing power. Visually keep track of who’s on the call with the available Power User, Office Worker and Teleworker solution PC interfaces. Automatically invite internal associates to join conference calls with the optional Receptionist solution. Create conference calls by dragging and dropping speed dial icons on a PC interface; add external callers to a conference at anytime. Increase security with the addition of Personal Identification Number (PIN) access to any conference call.
