There are multiple Avaya IP Office “Remote Work” Options

NO LICENSE REQUIRED

Mobile Twinning/ Mobile Call Control:

  • Incoming Calls – are routed to desktop phone and assigned Twinned number simultaneously (assigned Twinned number = Mobile Phone or Home Land Line)
  • Outgoing Calls – place a call to an assigned DID # on your IP Office telephone system from your assigned Twinned number and then your call goes out from the IP Office telephone system as if you were in the office
  • REQUIRES – Mobile Phone or Home Land Line assigned as the “Twinned number” to your desk phone/extension at work
  • REQUIRES – 2 Telephone Lines Per Call (1-Line in, and 1-Line out)

The following Remote Work Solutions All REQUIRE “licensing” on the Avaya IP Office. 

Licenses can ONLY be added to IP Office R10, R10.1, & R11 systems.

NO Licenses can be added to PRE-R10 systems!
