Notes Field in Cradle to Grave
Chronicall recently enhanced the notes field found within Cradle to Grave.
While reviewing the call details, or listening to the call, customers can now add customized, free-form text to those calls. These notes can then be added to Chronicall’s detailed reports, or be searched within Cradle to Grave.
This new functionality allows for an easier way to find already reviewed calls, or calls that need additional attention by supervisors or managers.
Customers using Agent Dashboards can add notes using Xima’s pop screen notification allowing agents to detail what happened on the call, or request additional assistance.
