IP Office Installation:

  • • Site survey
  • • Database Planning
  • • Location Planning, phone backboard or data room/rack
  • • Confirm if the Carrier Services need extended to the IP Office location
  • • Confirm that an Ethernet switch port is available for the IP Office system
  • • Confirm that an Ethernet switch port is available for the Voicemail Pro (if needed)
  • • Confirm whether we are deploying a separate VLAN for VoIP
  • • Confirm that the Network Infrastructure is adequate for the planned install
  • • Confirm whether a Network Assessment is needed
  • • Confirm whether there will be remote sites or users
  • • Confirm what the Firewall is and that is capable of the VoIP and/or SIP functions required
  • • Confirm which Messaging System will be used (Essential Edition (Embedded on SD Card or Voicemail PRO)
  • • Set-up, interface, & test with overhead paging
  • • Set-up, interface, & test with Music On Hold
  • • Set-up, interface, & test Headsets
  • • Patch, place, & test Analog Telephones/Devices
  • • Patch, place, & test Digital Telephones

  • • Program system prior to installation
  • • Program, implement & test Telephone Lines/Trunks
