“I wanted to take a quick moment to let you know how much James (ECS Technician) meant to us last week at _ Bank in Beaverton, OR. After working all day and having a smiling face show up ready to work at 8pm was a refreshing experience and helped kick-in my second wind.
James immediately brought in his tools and ladder, got with my team lead to get a layout of the land, and jumped in the mix pulling cables for us. James brought a very professional, positive, and great work ethic to the table as he arrived. We all worked throughout the night/morning to meet a tight deadline. James rapidly did all we asked of him. When he finished, he was quick to ask what he could assist with next. He even took it upon himself to clean-up some cable runs and tidy everything up. I caught him sweeping up the floors too as things were nearing the end. As I was tiring out, he continued tracing and running cables, inserting cards, labeling devices, etc.
Needless to say, James was a tremendous help! I would recommend James to anyone needing his skills in the Portland, OR area (or anywhere for that matter). You have a great and valuable resource.
