Xima “Chronicall with Standard Reports”
Xima’s basic package of Chronicall comes with some great tools included! Over 50 standard reports are included and cover many basic reporting needs for agent calls, group calls, abandoned calls, trunk usage, etc. These 50 standard reports can be used for historical data on all extensions and users within the IP Office and can be manually run at any time or scheduled to run automatically on a monthly, weekly, daily, or even hourly basis if necessary. A scheduled report can be sent via email, saved to a database, or printed. The 50+ standard reports also work hand in hand with Cradle to Grave which is also included in the basic package of Chronicall.
Cradle to Grave is a valuable tool that shows all calls for a given time period (day, week, month, etc.) and allows the calls to be expanded to see each event (ringing, talking, holding, queuing, park, etc.) from the beginning to the end of the call. Cradle to Grave is useful for troubleshooting call flows, quickly searching a specific call, double checking report information, etc. Within Cradle to Grave, at the top right hand corner, there is a quick search spy glass option and a more advanced filter option to really narrow the information needed.
